Payment Terms
Deposit payment may be required prior to scheduling works.Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.Overdue invoices may incur late fees and suspension of services.Variations & Additional WorksAny works requested outside the approved quotation scope, including additional equipment, cabling, labour, programming, relocations, or site changes, will be treated as a variation and charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
Provide clear access to all required work areasProvide suitable power and internet connection where requiredEnsure any required third-party permissions are obtainedAdvise Prime Security of any known asbestos, hazards, or site risks
