Quote Information

Scope of Works

• Supply of equipment and materials
• Installation and commissioning
• System setup and programming
• Client handover and basic training
• Remote access setup (where applicable)

Additional works outside the quoted scope may incur additional charges and will require client approval prior to commencement.

Payment Terms

• Deposit payment may be required prior to scheduling works.
• Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Overdue invoices may incur late fees and suspension of services.

Variations & Additional Works

Any works requested outside the approved quotation scope, including additional equipment, cabling, labour, programming, relocations, or site changes, will be treated as a variation and charged separately.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear access to all required work areas
• Provide suitable power and internet connection where required
• Ensure any required third-party permissions are obtained
• Advise Prime Security of any known asbestos, hazards, or site risks

Warranty

• 12-Month Workmanship Warranty
• Manufacturer warranty on supplied equipment as per manufacturer terms

Warranty excludes:

• Accidental damage
• Power surges
• Misuse or vandalism
• Damage caused by third parties
• Existing faulty infrastructure or cabling not installed by Prime Security
